Welcome to Kalatmak! By purchasing our handmade folk art paintings or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

All our paintings are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, or texture are part of their unique character. Product photos are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual artwork.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupee.
Payment must be received in full before the order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all Indian cities.
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping or incorrect orders.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number to arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and artwork are the property of Kalatmak. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the local courts of that jurisdiction.

Return and Refund Policy

At Kalatmak, each piece of folk art is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because our paintings are one-of-a-kind creations, small variations in color, texture, and design are normal — and part of what makes each artwork unique.

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return and refund terms carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Handmade items are generally non-returnable.
However, if your painting arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To be eligible, you must contact us within [7–14 days] of delivery at kalatmakpaintings@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging showing the issue

Once your claim is approved, we’ll provide return or replacement instructions.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:

Keep the original packaging and artwork intact.
Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We’ll either send a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

3. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the artwork has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the handmade and artistic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Custom or commissioned artwork
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Sale or discounted items

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs (unless the item was damaged or incorrect) are non-refundable.
